1. Players will not use cheats OF ANY KIND should any multiplayer cheat become created. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WHATSOEVER. 2. Do not advertise or post the Clan specific games or passwords and or Clan Channels. These are to be given to players that are accepted into the clan. If you think you have a worthy candidate for membership, tell them the URL of this page. If they decide to join; and have filled in the join form then you may tell them the Clan Channel name and the names and passwords to our games. 3. Extend the same courtesy to our Allied Clans as you do to your fellow clan members. 4. Try to stay in touch with the clan as often as possible;You do not have to play every waking second of the day but if you are on the Net load up StarCraft, look for some members and say hello so we know your alive, especially if you don't have time to play often. Just keep in touch. Members who have long periods of inactivity or lack of contact with the clan may be removed from the members listing. They will be notified of this by email with a chance to reverse this. 5. Clans are created to have a fun and helpful environment for all of us. Help other members when you can. Please respect other players. 6. You are NOT permitted to be in another Starcraft clan at the same time as being with us; we want esprite de corp as much as possible. Unless ofcourse you are a member of the intelligence branch. 7. All new members will be on a probationary period of one week to give them time to the Obsidian Order Starcraft Wings ways; after which they will be asked to name the squad that they want to join to begin their Obsidian Order Career. 8. When a higher ranking member enters channel you will give the gavel to that member. Please respect the Chain Of Command. 9. Only The leader and the Squad Leaders speak for the clan. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WHATSOEVER. Thereare reasons for this rule so we will leave it at that. 10. You must attempt to regularly attend clan meetings. Our meetings are on Thursdays at 9 Eastern, 8 Central, 6 Pacific. We understand that some people may have conflicts with this time so plz tell us if ya cant make them and we see what we can arrange. Minutes will be sent to everyone who has registered on the sign up form always... and occassionally i will send out an email for all to reply to, to prove they are still around and stop them being removed from the page. 11. All complaints and suggestions are to be given to a Squad Leader or myself... NO MORE FIGHTING in channel or games. If you have a problem please speak to me or a squad leader if i am not available... DO NOT start shouting and balling in channel/games or killing each other as this WILL NOT be tolerated. If you cannot find anyone to speak with, you may send an email to Zoix. Even if you do speak with someone, it is a good idea to send an email to the above address as a follow up to your conversation. 12. Meeting etiquette: Members shall refrain from talking when either the Leader or a Squad Leader is speaking. Members shall be respectful of others in the clan channel at all times. There will be a questionand answer session at the end of every meeting so plz wait until asked =) 13. No swearing is tolerated at all times... we are a family orientated clan. 14. These guidelines may be altered at any time without any advanced warning.. Any infractions to these guidelines is cause for dismissal. Any new characters are allowed but ya must email me at the above addie and put yer other names in your profile so we know who you are. Also Please note that ya can have a maximum of 3 aliases in each 3 month period. 16. If you do not recieve minutes or your information is not correct then just fill out the join form. |
